All images on this site (unless otherwise stated) and images taken at your session will be copyrighted by me (Annie Richardson - Annie Marie Photography) and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce my work in any manner. Please respect my livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws.
The Print Release you receive with your images gives you the right to print the images as you please. It does not allow you to edit the photos. As an artist I wish to have control over the final look of my client’s images.
I may use images from your session on my site, other partner sites (ie: Facebook), in my marketing and other ways. If you do not wish to have your session "blogged" please inform me at time of booking and I will be happy to accommodate you.
By booking and completing a session or event of any kind you are stating that you have read and understood the information in this agreement.
